About Me
I’m an aspiring content writer and communications professional with a background in recruitment marketing, regulatory communication, and research-driven storytelling. My work focuses on translating complex topics into clear, engaging content across business, healthcare, and psychology-related subjects. I’m especially interested in writing that connects clarity with storytelling—whether through SEO-focused educational content, narrative nonfiction, or visual storytelling through photography.
My professional background spans healthcare operations, recruitment communication, and regulatory support roles where clear, audience-focused communication has always been central to my work. I’ve written recruitment materials for mental health professionals, developed onboarding and training documentation, supported internal and public-facing communication efforts, and translated technical payroll and tax concepts into accessible information for Oregon business owners. Currently, I work with the Oregon Department of Revenue, where I help businesses navigate complex tax requirements and reporting processes through practical, easy-to-understand communication.
As I continue completing my Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Marketing at Western Oregon University, I’m excited to continue building a career centered around writing, storytelling, and digital communication. What began as a strength within my professional roles gradually evolved into a genuine passion for content creation, audience engagement, and meaningful communication—work I’m excited to continue growing through both professional and creative writing. Outside of writing, I enjoy photography, cooking, and baking, all of which influence my appreciation for creativity, atmosphere, and the small details that make stories feel human.
